“Be an "UpStander”
Jim’s anti-bullying school assembly focuses on caring for other students by applying kindness. Being an “UpStander” requires awareness, understanding and a commitment to look out for each other. An UpStander stands up for what is Right, for Others and for Themselves. The 2021-22 school year will bring us all back together and KINDNESS, INCLUSION and TOLERANCE will take on an even more important role this school year.
In this School Assembly, Jim Basketball Jones encourages students to look for the good in others and treat others the way they want to be treated. Jim also encourages students to show empathy and accept differences in others. This assembly will be filled with fun and engaging activities that will allow students to practice proactive kindness.
Not all schools have the exact same problems or concerns with bullying, nor do they teach anti-bullying the same way. Jim will tailor his Anti-Bullying School Assembly to meet the needs of your school and your school’s current anti-bullying program.
